IMPORTANT UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS<o:p></o:p>

If you are upgrading from any version of Launch ‘Em—even the
latest demo—you must perform two actions before beginning the
upgrade:

<![endif]>From Launch ‘Em’s File menu, select the “General Preferences”
dialog, UNcheck the “Always Use Launch ‘Em” box.

<![if !supportLists]>2.     
<![endif]>If you have installed Launch ‘Em App Hack, go to HackMaster
(or your own hack manager). 
UNcheck the box next to “Launch ‘Em App Hack”.

You can now proceed with the upgrade. 
If you do not turn off both of these options, some upgrade files might
not be installed properly. Once you have completed the upgrade, you can
reenable either or both of these options.

If you are upgrading from Launch ‘Em version 2.1 or earlier, you may also
have to delete your existing version of Launch 'Em before installing this
version. In this case, uncheck the two options indicated above before
deleting your existing Launch ‘Em. After the upgrade, you will have to set your
preferences again and refile your programs and databases into the desired tabs.


If you are DOWNgrading from Launch ‘Em version 3.1 (or later) to version
3.02 (or earlier), you must delete your existing version of Launch
'Em before installing this version. Again, uncheck the two options indicated
above before deleting your existing Launch ‘Em. After the downgrade, you
will have to set your preferences again and refile your programs and databases
into the desired tabs.

want to install the German edition of Launch ‘Em, you must select the “Custom”
option during the installation process. 
The “Typical” and “Minimal” options install the English edition only.<o:p></o:p>

now the BrightnessContrast plugin. Installing the new plugin will not overwrite

must delete it manually. To do this, open the Gadget Settings form, tap the

Flash ROM Notice: If you intend to move the Launch 'Em application
into flash ROM, make sure that you run Launch ‘Em once in RAM before
moving it to flash ROM. This validates the registration. The first run
needs to write information to the Launch 'Em database and cannot be done in
flash ROM because flash Rom is read-only and will cause a crash. After running
it once in RAM it is safe to move the Launch 'Em application into flash ROM. <o:p></o:p>
