htcAddicts developed a very useful tool for Windows Mobile 6+ devices (specially for HTC TouchFLO) called: [B]cleanRAM[/B].
The cleanRAM attempts to release as much memory as possible without damaging the internal state of the Windows Mobile device. it'll refresh your device RAM. This can save you a lot of SOFT RESET!
Configuration Menu:

There are 3 levels of cleaning and Personally customized processes list.
Level 1 - Basic purge only (quick) - Close non-responding tasks without TouchFLO 3D interface
Level 2 - Quality purge - Recommended for best performance
Level 3 - Fundamental purge (time-consuming) - Reset non-responding tasks and services

* Show RAM Status Notification - in the end of the clean-up process, cleanRAM will show you a memory status.
* Show Progress Bar - progress bar helping you to see the real time progress of clean-up.
* Show Windows Wait Cursor - enable/disable regular windows wait cursor.
* Clear Recent Start Menu Iteams - erase all your history applications list from start menu.
* Notify Me Before CleanUp - popup message that warn you before cleanRAM begin (10 seconds) this feature includes "Abort" button for aborting the current clean-up.
* Wake Up Device Before CleanUp - turn on the device screen when clean-up started on schedule mode (this feature can save you a life battery on OFF mode).
* Hibernate - this feature will try to reclaim all memory that is inaccessible. force the system to try to reclaim the maximum amount of available memory. recommended for old devices / Operating Systems! * Close All Applications - force closing all applications by sending WM_CLOSE messages when clean-up beginning (working with level 1,2 and 3 only).
* Launch Startup Programs - execute after clean-up all startup programs (if you like, you can also use registry editor to change the startup folder location value).

Save all your cleanRAM settings into INI file.
Update:
-------
You can update cleanRAM directly from the web, using internet connection. also you can reinstall your last version.
If you like you change the temporary folder path by edit registry value "saveUpdateFileToTemporaryFolder".
Update service will reset to default factory settings, if you want to save them please do backup before updating (Backup / Restore).

1. Download the attached .cab file from http://www.htcaddicts.com/?id=65.
2. Copy this file to some temporary folder in your device.
3. Execute it from your device (recommend you install to device memory).
* cleanRAM will be installed into /Program files/htcAddicts folder.
* There are also two links created, one called: "cleanRAM Config" (configuration tool) in the Start Menu -> Programs and the other called: "cleanRAM" (is the actual memory reclaimer) in the Start Menu.
* If you are updating from a previous version, soft reset after uninstalling the old version before installing the last one.
* If you want to create your own language file, please duplicate the file: "Lang\english.ini" to "Lang\<your lang>.ini" and edit/translation your new file.
