Pocket Millionaire - Version 1.2

Simply run Setup.exe and follow the prompts. Note that you may be
asked whether to overwrite certain existing files - it should be
fine to answer "No to All".
However, if you find that when you run the game, you receive the
message "There is no application associated with 'Pocket
Millionaire'", then you should re-install the game and answer
"Yes" or "Yes to All" as you see fit.
Needless to say, should you encounter any problems with the game,
re-install it and overwrite the files as necessary.
Please note that the first time you run the game, a
"Pocket Millionaire" sub-folder is created in the "\My documents"
folder and the default questions file, "Questions.txt" is placed
there. This folder can be renamed or deleted if you wish - it is
not a vital component of the game.
To automatically uninstall the game, simply use the
"Remove Programs" utility found by selecting the "System" tab from
the Settings screen (Start -> Settings).
Please note that due to a bug in the Application Install Wizard in
Microsoft's eMbedded Visual Basic application, removing the game
using the "Remove Programs" utility will also remove the Visual
Basic runtimes included with the game. This may affect any other
applications created using eVB that you have on your device.
If this problem affects you, you can replace the runtime files
that are removed by copying the contents of the following ZIP file
into your device's \Windows folder:

Additionally, the "\My Documents\Pocket Millionaire" folder is not
automatically removed. You can delete this folder manually by the
following means:
1. Run File Explorer.
2. Tap and hold on the "Pocket Millionaire" sub-folder (within
the "\My Documents" folder).
3. Select the "Delete" option from the pop-up menu.
4. Answer "Yes".
If you would prefer to remove the game manually, here's what should
be deleted:
1. "\My Documents\Pocket Millionaire" folder and contents.
2. "\Program Files\Pocket Millionaire" folder and contents.
3. "\Windows\pm-help.htm" (game help file)
The following Visual Basic runtime files are also installed with the
game in the "\Windows" folder and should be removed with caution.
It's probably best to leave them unless absolutely sure.

4. "Skinning" the game:
-----------------------
There's no need to leave the game looking as it does at the moment.
If you don't like the look of something, or fancy a different theme,
change it!

Please note that all pictures must be 256 colours or less otherwise
they won't display on the Pocket PC. Any standard drawing package
capable of saving in bitmap format (such as Microsoft Paint) is fine.
The sounds, too, can be replaced as you see fit. For more information,
please see the Pocket Millionaire help file, by tapping the "Help &
Information" button on the main screen.

To report a bug, ask a question and give feedback regarding the game,

Although I do try and respond to every mail personally where
appropriate, due to the sheer volume of mail I receive, please don't
be offended if a reply doesn't appear immediately!

1.1 - Fixes:
1. Bug whereby reaching a guaranteed amount would not actually
guarantee you that amount
2. Cancelling an Import Questions dialog box gives better
response
Enhancements:

1. Bug whereby correctly answering the millionaire question
for a second time would hang the game
2. Bug whereby a blank line at the end of a questions file
would result in a "File not found" message
