UPGRADE AND UNLOCK CODES

	General policy:
		Upgrades are free for 1 year since the date of the purchase,
		prolongation for the next year costs 50% of the actual price.

	Unlock codes
		They do not change within the minor updates (e.g. 1.30 -> 1.40);
		they change for a major upgrade (e.g. 1.80 -> 2.10).

		Consequently, you do not need a new unlock code for a minor upgrade.

		Several typical problems can be solved on Resco support web pages offering
		web-based formulars that allow you to:
		- Query lost unlock code
		- Request an upgraded unlock code in case of a major upgrade
		- Change your e-mail address in our customer database

INVALID UNLOCK CODE

	The most frequent reason is a typing error in the HotSyncId, e.g.
	"john" instead of "John" (case error)
	"JanS" instead of "Jan S" (missing internal space)

	Contact please our support in such case.
	(Do not forget some order identification. In the worst case we can identify you by either
	your name or your email address.)

HOTSYNC ID

	HotSyncID is used to generate the unlock code.
	Please note that it is case sensitive and the internal spaces are important.

	HotSyncID is the string that the PalmOS uses to identify the session between the handheld and the desktop PC.
	It can be found on these places:
	- (PC) Palm Install Tool (combo box at the top)
	- (PC) Palm Desktop Menu / Tools / Users
	- (Palm) press the HotSync icon (in the System program category); the string is written in the top right corner
	- Resco Neeews! registration dialog

INSTALLATION PROBLEMS

	Card installation:
		Possible, but you loose background update.

	Pocket Tunes:
		To use the podcast streaming you need Deluxe version.

FULLSCREEN SUPPORT FOR TUNSTEN T3

	Resco Neeews! supports fullscreen T3, but you have to have the Palm DIA patch installed.
	Please see http://www.resco-net.com/palm/palmviewer_T3.asp for the details.
