Note that you will need to provide your HotSyncUser name with the order. To
find the HotSyncUser name, tap on the HotSync icon in the applications
screen on the PalmPilot. On V-1 and V-2 PalmPilots, the HotSync User name
will be displayed between the "Welcome, " and the period at the end of the
line. Palm III/IIIx/V's will display the HotSync User name in the top-right
corner of the window title bar. It is case-sensitive, so be sure to specify
it EXACTLY. If you have a name with accented characters or which uses
non-Roman characters (such as Kanji, etc.), tap on the HotSyncID: legend in
the REGISTER Software Dialog and email me the hexadecimal numbers that
appear there...

If you register via snail mail, be sure to include an email address if
you have one - that way you will get a response back within 24 hours of

VERY SLOW. It is NOT at all unusual for surface mail from England, for
example, to take as long as TWO MONTHS - so send the registration letter
by Air Mail if time is of the essence.
