     Fixed bug which stopped some players from restarting a game
          at a level that they had previously attained
     Speeded up graphic functions to improve the FPS, particularly
          on ipaq 38xx series
     Player ship is invincible for a short time after being destroyed
     New ship added if a repair power-up is picked up when the player
          is at 80% health or more
