Once you have "Discovered" the device you can bond with it by selecting the device in the Bluetooth manager and then selecting Actions-Bond with this device and also on the phone (Ericsson) selecting Extras - Bluetooth - Paired Devices - Add Device. You will then be prompted to enter a pass key on the phone and the Ipaq.

Ipaq 54xx
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
With the new Bluetooth manager software on the Ipaq 54xx family we have found that it is best to use the Dial up network connection port to access the phone instead of the Bluetooth serial port, this then does not pop the annoying extra Bluetooth manager connection dialog boxes.
To do this first ensure you have gone through the Dial up networking wizard for your phone in Bluetooth manager, then in our application select BTC1:Bluetooth Port 1: as the com port in Options.
